Controller disconnects mid game and when trying to reconnect cant do anything

When I playing hut rivals my controller gets disconnected and can rejoin game to move players. Only this game this does it for

Have you tried pairing them with your console again? Does it also happen if you have them plugged in?

@EA_Aljo Yes and yes it’s only with nhl

    I really can't think of what could be causing this. Have you tried talking to Microsoft support? Unfortunately, we'll need to wait and see if we get some more reports of this before raising an issue.
