@EA_Blueberry As a note we played the entire games lifespan with this bug never being fixed. It was a bit of a downer to have been given banners titles logos etc; but not having the ability to do any club customization for the entire game/year. I'd figure that this is a key component to the EASHL playing experience and it seemed that no-one at EA cared to even look into the issue. NHL 22 was one of the more enjoyable iterations of the game and much less of a copy and paste than in previous renditions but this fatal flaw has really set it apart from other NHL games as never really being 'finished.' We were forced to use franchise jerseys only and ironically never unlocked our hometown team for the entire year...
Our team plays this game almost nightly so it was a real disappointment and something we hope is rectified in 23.
Hopefully EA support in future is more adequate.

sad to say that this apparently was not even addressed going to NHL 23 and my club has had this issue since launch. just unbelievable with no end in sight apparently.
