I just got 3 free Dec cards. I have to assume for this mess up. AMAZING IF SO EA!
Upon completing all daily objectives yesterday, I couldn't collect the Dec Collectible even though it was green and said collect. Instead all the Daily Objective slots had the clock launch with a countdown towards today’s daily objective reset. But instead of now being able to collect yesterday’s earned uncollected Dec Collectible, all the slots have now turned to expired – from a countdown to expired. So not only can’t I collect yesterday’s December Collectible (it still says collect in green), but I have no way to work on any Daily objectives today because they went to immediate expired.
Considering how many Dec Collectibles are needed to unlock Bobby Clark, missing any Dec collectible chance is badddddd. And not having the daily objectives refresh, the quest for completing 500 Daily objectives (for Sakic) is also harmed (I'm at 475 and the only remaining/available objectives are the daily ones.
Exact same issue here on XBox One. Very frustrating as the clock is running on the December monthly reward player (Bobby Clarke 93 Ovr). EA get this fixed fast please!
Same issue exactly as described by others. Please fix this ASAP easports. If it gets resolved, can we get an extension for lost time?
