Degradation of NHL HUT since 3 years
I play NHL since 1993. Im a fan from the beginning. In 2012, i discover a new feature, the ultimate hockey team. It was amazing! It felt like when I was a little kid and i was buying packs of cards for my collection. The concept was great. The most expensive pack was at 7500 pucks or 1.99$. When there was a special sale, it was that pack, but for 2500 pucks, or 0.79$. It was fair, in terms of pucks or $$$. Players had carreer, so when, for example Jonathan Toews played 100 games, he cannot play anymore. If you want him again, you had to take another one that his carreer was not finish. Plus, you could boost your players for there whole carreer.
In 2013, the concept of carreer was abolished, and you could boost your player for only 15 games. It seemed interresting in the beginning, but it killed the game... The fact is that there were no more rotation of players and training cards began to be worhtless... Now, training cards like +9 skating worth almost nothing and 15 games duration worth too much. The same for players... Average players worth nothing and great players worth a fortune. If you want Crosby, its a million pucks. Stamkos? 600 000 pucks. Who has that kind of pucks except cheater or total addicts???
But the worst thing is how you change packs and their price... Now, the biggest pack is 17500 pucks or 3.49$. The problem is the special pack. Now, you sell all kind of expensive specials packs. Last week, there was a pack for 125 000 pucks, or 20$. I manage to buy 3 packs for 375 000 pucks. My best player was Pacioretty.... for 375 000 pucks. I felt raped. Why dont you sell your big pack 7500 pucks instead of 17500 when you do a special sell? That would be a fair deal...
I challenge you to explain to me why you change all that... We all know the answer... ABSOLUTE GREED... I think a lot of criminal are better than you... Now the number of player who play HUT is always lower, year after year. You will still suck some money from people in need, and if you can live with it, its your probem. I know you probably wont answer to my challenge, but it felt good anyway.
I did it for others players who think like me, and make no mistakes, we are a lot. I felt in love with HUT in 2012 and now, i hate it. Thanks to you...
