Deleted Hut team

Is it possible too get my deleted HUT team back? My son got hold of my PS3 when I was at work a few days ago. And of course he deleted my rooster of decent players =/

If Not is it possible to delete those achievements that I looked up for Teams? I have already completed SHL/Swiss league and halfway through Extra league. And about half of those NHL teams. But If I could get them removed I will be back in no time too that point I was deleted =/

So if u got kids don't let them play with your PS3 when your at work 😉
