Didn't get my rewards for completing all Stanley Cup Round 2 objectives

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Stanley Cup Round 2 objectives. Completed all objectives but did receive the reward.
What happens when the bug occurs? Didn't receive my rewards for completing objectives. The last objective completed was "Open 7 Daily Reward Packs" and every other objective was complete.
What do you expect to see? A stanley cup collectible for completing the open 7 daily rewards packs, and the reward for completing all the objectives.

Hello, as described above I didn't receive my rewards for completing objectives. The last objective completed was "Open 7 Daily Reward Packs" and every other objective was complete. I've contacted EA Help twice on this issue and was directed here instead.
