Didn't receive Rivals rewards

    Thanks for the response. Try contacting @EAHelp through Twitter or open a case with a live support advisor here: https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/new/. They'll need to get this escalated to a specialist for investigation. The only reason you shouldn't have gotten any rewards is if you didn't play any games. I assume you played at least 1 since it shows your rank from the previous week.

ME TOO I DIDNT TAKE DIVISION RIVALS THIS WEEK!!

I WAS DIV 3 45/45 POINTS
