Ea.com/unable-to-connect

Hello, I just got a ps4 and NHL19.  I have the trial version of PSN and created an EA sports ID.  I open the game and it gives the error of my subject.  Therefore, I cannot log in for online play or...

Hey @coreyjackets72,

I'll try to help you out.  First thing we need to make sure is that you're connected to PSN.  Are you able to enter the PlayStation store?

    @NHL_Live_Support Me too I have same problem. Created ea accounts and everything. I have spent hours on the phone with EA now they are blaming playstation meanwhile the error is for EA. This is a brand new ps4 and NHL disk. Can you help?

      Hi there, @Derosa2323 

      I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
