Ea Servers Down NHL 15

i have been attempting to get on ea servers on nhl hut 15 for about an hour now, very frustrating.

I bought a used game as i mentioned in my first post so is it possible this game is under that persons origin account ??

my other games connections work fine so there must be something wrong on EA side

My NHL was new so nobody else had played it before and it's just that game other connections work fine too, what broadband are you with?
