EA Sport NHL gaming servers in Russia

Addressed to the EA sports

To Whom It May Concern:

I, Russian virtual hockey player have been a customer of yours for many years, in particularly speaking about the video game NHL. 

I am asking you to consider the possibility of installation of the gaming servers in Russia. In connection with not being able to play the game without any troubles caused by the high ping, more than 60 - 200 ms. Because of that the network gaming options of your product are considered to be unusable. 

If you are not going to contemplate our concern regarding this problem and take actions to improve the situation, our Russian hockey community will be unfortunately forced to stop using your product.

    Please make server in Russia, it is not possible to play!! Playing for many years and constant problems with the ads., if only because of the connection I do not want to play this game, because konekt is a very big advantage and not equality. although the game is not cheap. And I love hockey and buy it every year. Support a petition, FOR server in Russia. Republic Tatarstan KAZAN

    Connection in this game is terrible. I have ping in game near 60-70 ping. Besides, I live in the Moscow where internet is very good. I hope that you are repair connection in nhl 20.

    Location: Sochi, Magnitogorsk ( Russia)

    My average ping in HUT is 70-75ms, gameplay feels delayed and slow. Its big problem for russians to be competitive amongst european players. I used to be eashl fan since nhl 12 till nhl 17. Same problems with delay and high ping just ruin the idea of videogames: having fun and relax. I had to stop play my favorite mode cause of connection issues. I m big hockey fan irl, nhl is the only game i am playing. Everyone knows how big Russia is. We need that server in our country. Europeans and NA players have their own servers. We pay the same price for our favorite game, so it would be nice to have  conditions like other online players in the world.

    Ping in the East Russia region 50-90 ms. 
    Playing in online so hard!!!!
