EA sports Season ticket NHL 14
So I'm going to try and make this as clear as possible. I purchase EA sports season ticket for the past 2 years to really download 3 games early. NHL, Madden and NCAA football. My subscription was up on September 7th 2013. No big deal, I wanted to download NHL 14 early(It came out on the 6th of September, a day before my subscription was ending) so I just simply renewed my account. Well when I got done resubscribing to EA season ticket. It said I still had "1 day left on my subscription". I thought it was no big deal but just to be on the safe side I called in and asked a employee and he told me in these direct words "Once your current subscription to Season ticket expires, your renewal will go into effect". So my renewed was supposed to go into effect during the midday of Saturday, September 7th. So I played NHL 14's early release on Friday up until Saturday morning with no problems what so ever. I get on Sunday morning in the early hours and once I got into NHL 14 early release it says " You need a EA sports season ticket subscription to play this game". I thought to myself "well I just renewed my account on Friday, maybe the billing didn't happen?". Sure enough EA takes the money out of my dads account and doesn't renew my subscription to Season Ticket. So as you would probably know, right now I'm kinda irritated due to the fact that I was straight up lied to by an employee and the fact that EA still took money out of my dads account without renewing our subscription to Season Ticket. If any employee or someone close to EA can help me out, it will be greatly appreciated. (Also note that I do indeed have the proof that you guys took the money out of our account. So if needed to be provided with some kind of proof, I will be glad to show you.)
On another note, I find it unnecessary to be closed on Sundays when Pre-releases are out during the given weekends. So unless someone responds to this comment by today or tonight, I wont be able to contact by phone until Monday morning. Which also means I missed out on a Pre release that I paid $25 for.
