believe me ive tryed everything, ive uninstalled 4x ive reset everything nothing works EA cant give an answer as how to fix it

mine allows me to get on . but when we get into a match it disco's me when they try without me it works just fine, makes no sense what so ever

same issue here. i have reinstalled game, even contacted isp. still no luck
- Same problem for me as well. I've tried reinstalling 3 times now, and deleted all data associated with previous downloads. Did any of you guys figure out a solution yet?

If you are seeing an error message : "Failed to retrieve data, please try again." then please try the following -
- Sign in to your Xbox One with your primary Xbox Live Gold Gamertag.
- Ensure that the Xbox you are using is set as your Home Xbox One. This will allow all accounts on this Xbox One to share the Gold status.
- Create a brand new Xbox One Gamertag. This does not require a Gold subscription. Please ensure that the Gamertag does not contain any spaces.
- Boot the NHL 16 Closed Beta with the new Xbox Gamertag.
- Select the EASHL tile and advance as normal.
