Eashl beta

Hi, i downloaded the beta and everytime i start a game it says failed to retrieve data. I didn't even played a game. I would like to find a solution before the beta closes.

    Please try the following steps as a workaround for this issue:

    1. Sign in to your Xbox One with your primary Xbox Live Gold Gamertag.
    2. Ensure that the Xbox you are using is set as your Home Xbox One. This will allow all accounts on this Xbox One to share the Gold status.
    3. Create a brand new Xbox One Gamertag. This does not require a Gold subscription. Please ensure that the Gamertag does not contain any spaces.
    4. Boot the NHL 16 Closed Beta with the new Xbox Gamertag.
    5. Select the EASHL tile and advance as normal.
