EASHL Club Ranking Reset

My club's ranking (monthly and overall) has reset two times now, each after having finished a game.  Our 6 player overall and monthly rankings remain intact, but we hardly ever play with a full 6 anyway..  anybody have this problem?  Anybody know how to avoid it?

Also, whichever position i was playing for the last game before reset had overall grades reset to D, making this seem like a punitive action taken against us...

    I'd like to hear something on this too. Today our club Triangle of Terror played The Dream Team, both Division 1, top 100 teams and we each lost that game as it doesn't show on our recent games, and our monthly and overall ranking points are gone. Keep in mind, this happenend to BOTH teams, so I'm not hinting at foul play by our opponent, but shoddy infrastructure. Both teams want something done ASAP please.
