Hi there, @WayneKenov2233.
All those timeouts are not good. That's most likely the problem. Can you run a UO Trace and screenshot me the results? Instructions are here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/connection-troubleshooting-basic/. Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection?
@EA_AljoThanks for the quick response.
I can definitely do that. Do you want me to use the easo.ea.com as the destination or the ohio server again?
Also I am hardwired directly to the router.

Use the location closest to you. That's good you're wired. It's definitely better than wireless. Also, you should power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. If you haven't done this in a while, that may take care of it.

@EA_Aljo Every now and then I will do a full reset of modem and router and it can fix my ping for a bit but the input lag is still prevalent.
I used the EA NHL Ohio server IP since I don't know any of the other IP addresses.
Thanks You

Try it again with the easo.ea.com domain instead. Let's see what those results look like. Also, where are you located?
