error code 0x82D4003
I play since the beginning in Septembre. Now this error code on starting the game. What is that?
Just had an update from Microsoft and it should be fixed!
Checked and all was good !! GAME IS BACK EVERYONE !!!

I try everything, but nothing woks. I reapeat all those steps third times without succes.
Nothing works except buying a new copy... Not fun at all.
So I bought the game hoping not losing my player and progression.
I also received my game via code from EA and am having the exact same problem.
I can no longer play,
Big problem between EA and Microsoft. I had am lot of code from EA before and never had that problem before,
- Iโm having the same problem hereโs a Direct quote for Microsoft support my game also came from a Code from EA.
As per checking with our site specialists, the code and the version of the game you have for NHL 19 is only playable during pre-order period. These tokens are usually coming directly from the publisher of the game. Here's the error that we are getting when checking on the code "You cannot search for this on marketplace as its a hidden /
token only product. This is not a product that is purchasable and it's only used
for Publishers / Reviewers to access a Preorder item during the pre order window" I just spent an hour with Microsoft Support and they told me the same thing after I provided them the code I was given.
I spent 2 hours talking to Xbox and a Microsoft site specialist and all I got was the response above.

Here was my recent response on the issue...
We have just heard back from Microsoft and they are looking to re-enable the content immediately. This may take upwards of a week, but we will provide you with an update as soon as they have confirmed that the codes should be working again. We really appreciate how frustrating this is, but fingers crossed they will be able to resolve this in the next day or two.
