I play since the beginning in Septembre. Now this error code on starting the game. What is that?
Just had an update from Microsoft and it should be fixed!
Checked and all was good !! GAME IS BACK EVERYONE !!!

I received a code through EA and now my game no longer is treated as a full game... it is now listed as NHL19 - Unlock Keys
Now I can no longer play the game as it is not treated as a full game unlock
I thought this was the case too but MS support told me that the code I used was never for a full game. it was for unlock keys for the game and not an actual ful game unlock key... they wont fix it... said EA has to fix it

I also received my game via code from EA and am having the exact same problem.

Big problem between EA and Microsoft. I had am lot of code from EA before and never had that problem before,

As per checking with our site specialists, the code and the version of the game you have for NHL 19 is only playable during pre-order period. These tokens are usually coming directly from the publisher of the game. Here's the error that we are getting when checking on the code "You cannot search for this on marketplace as its a hidden /
token only product. This is not a product that is purchasable and it's only used
for Publishers / Reviewers to access a Preorder item during the pre order window" I just spent an hour with Microsoft Support and they told me the same thing after I provided them the code I was given.
I spent 2 hours talking to Xbox and a Microsoft site specialist and all I got was the response above.
