    I am also having this issue and I have made sure the game was updated and I restarted it. It did not fix it.

      @EA_Aljo Hasn't happened in 24 hrs. It would happen at any time though. Mid game, editing lineup, in auction house and even if I was out of the room for a minute, come back, another error.

      @EA_Aljo I’m having this same error code when in a drop in lobby and the error code appears when I select any position except goalie. How to resolve. I’ve tried everything suggested including uninstall and reinstall the game to no eval. What’s going on? Please help!!!

        Hey there, @ZB7989 

        I believe we had a similar issue a while back that had to do with rosters. Do you have a custom one selected by chance? I realize you're talking about WoC, but try setting your current roster to the most recent update and try again.

        @55hippy @EA_Aljo hey Having problems logging the word of chel nhl 23 I keep getting an error code saying failed to retrieve data I have reset my game reset my router even uninstalled the game has not been fixed please help
