Failed to retrieve data

some background info. Had my Xbox completely broke on me so I purchased a new one logged into my nhl HUT account. No problems playing games. I purchased points bought packs with them and when I try to insert the new players into the lineup I get error code E71DB306C216FFE4-0000000000009999-03B4F0814E7AD965

failed to retrieve data

any way to fix this ?

    Hey there, @DrunkenHercules 

    If you're getting a failed to retrieve data error when creating your team, use a different name. This error will happen if you choose a name that's already in use.

    No, it doesn’t. When I choose a team name that is already taken, it says « team name already taken ». so that’s not the problem.
