@larx23 So far nothing I can find, tried a number of solutions.
Would love some support from EA but this forum is the only way I can find to get help, so maybe we just have to hope they see this? lol

        What is the email? I've been looking for online chat or a phone # but there is nothing. 

        They really don't want customers contacting them I guess...
