What is the email? I've been looking for online chat or a phone # but there is nothing.
They really don't want customers contacting them I guess...

Same, I have a ps4 and I got nhl 20 yesterday and ps plus yesterday. When I go to world of chel every time it says an error has occurred and it sends me back to the home screen

the customer service people aren't doing anything to help at all. this lady suggested i try to close the app and try it again after I told her that doing that doesn't work. She suggested I post to the forum... we have done this. Asked me if I needed help with anything else and I replied "yes this issue because we havent solved it" and she closed the conversation. EA doesn't know how to fix their own issue and we got a community manager trying to blame outside sources. FYI buddy EVERYTHING ELSE IS WORKING BUT YOUR GAME. It isn't the internet. Fix the issue and stop playing dumb.

I just messages eanhl20 on Twitter about the problem. Hopefully they find a quick solution
