And this, online guys, is why when we say the game literally doesn't work offline, just having a quick Play Now without the game bombing out does not disprove that statement.
There absolutely should be some kind of official pinned acknowledgement list on this forum of game breaking issues for players who have been suckered in on Black Friday.
There will be an influx of customers wondering why this product is broken and when it will be fixed.
We're ALL owed this. Not some vague "well, we told the devs so cross your fingers".
Unless EA plan to reimburse everyone who bought this title, then EA must resolve these issues.
Don't take the 70 bucks, 40 bucks or whatever hit guys without fighting for your consumer rights. We have to document all of these problems, and this is EA's official forum, in order to prove at some point down the line that game breaking problems were reported directly to EA and they did nothing.
So for the record, as a disc owner, I demand an official timescale on fixes, including the above, stick penalties, PS5 game speed lag, jersey pops and customization issues.
Or financial reimbursement somehow. An EA code for one of your less broken titles would suffice at this stage but ideally 70 bucks should be credited to my PSN account and I will ship your disc back to you.
That's how the world works outside of EA's Ivory Tower of Sport. Ask the devs of Cyberpunk or No Man's Sky.
