    *UPDATE 11/8* (Tuner update went live 11/6)

    Hi, NHL Community.

    The team pushed out a tuner on Saturday to address synching issues when goals were being scored.

How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play squad battle or hut challenge score a goal game freezes
What happens when the bug occurs? Score a goal and the game freezes during celebration and you get stuck watching them glitch in a loop at the bench and you have to quit and you lose the game.
What do you expect to see? Some bad programming on your end
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online
Insert Game Mode or Feature here Hockey ultimate squad battles or hut challenge
What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 2:00 pm Moutain standard time November 4
What is your time zone? GMT (UTC)

Same issue on PS5.

Just bought this game, very disappointing. Can't even finish a game.

    Last week zero issues, best squad battles ever. This week has just been a waste of time due to games freezing in the second and third periods…

      How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
      Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After a goal is scored in HUT CHAMPIONS my game will freeze and i am disconnected from the EA servers. It has happened in 4 games that i was winning so i should be 5-1 right now and im 1-5 because you guys make a game where scoring a goal in hockey in is game braking glitch.
      What happens when the bug occurs? I score a goal, and then when the players are celebrating, the game just stops and makes me watch my players celebrate the goal for 5 minutes before being disconnected from the EA servers.
      What do you expect to see? I expect to see a hockey game where I can actually score a goal without the game breaking, and I expect something to be done about the wins ive had stolen from me in HUT Champs.

      This is honestly enough, you guys have failed to put out a playable game since NHL 14. I am trying to simply just play HUT champs and the game breaks when i do something as simple as SCORE A GOAL. Fix your game EA or hand the NHL rights off to 2k because the NHL community deserves a playable hockey game. We better be compensated for the HUT Champs games we were winning and had stolen from us.

        Same here. This needs to be fixed immediately. I’m 14-5 but should be 17-2 cause I was up 2-0, 5-0, and 3-0 and I get stuck after the goal celebration by my bench or syncing. This is ridiculous

      Game freezing after goal scores in Squad Battles. I get top 100 every week and this is costing me rewards.  That update yesterday broke the game WTF EA?

    @jeremyfenton If you're within the time period (I think 14 days) return it now!
