    Hey, everyone. This is an issue we're aware of and working to resolve. When we have some news, we'll provide an update.

    *UPDATE 11/8* (Tuner update went live 11/6)

    Hi, NHL Community.

    The team pushed out a tuner on Saturday to address synching issues when goals were being scored.

    @EA_Blueberry Still having an issue, had the syncing error twice last night, and had to close out of the game. PS5, bap mode (offline)

      What mode is this happening in? Also, how long are you letting the goal celebration play out? Currently, you will still see the celebration playing near the bench, but it should return to normal gameplay after. It's probably about an extra 10 seconds longer at the moment.

        @EA_Aljo    This has been happening in bap (be a pro) for about 2 weeks now.  I have mentioned it a few times, so thank you for asking.  It freezes/sync errors out for upto 30 minutes till I close out and have to restart the game. I've had to replay the same game 3 times over due to this.

    Still also happening in HUT Rush when you play the first to 3 wins. When you ge the third goal, the player celebrates back to the bench and the game never advances.

      I'll keep an eye on this. I played a few Rush games today and had longer cut scenes, but after waiting a while, the game advanced. I know were still investigating this issue so hopefully, we'll have it resolved soon.
