Game trial not allowing me to purchase full game(PS5)

Can you both please send me the PSN IDs of the accounts that are trying to make the purchase? I'll pass these on with this report so we can look into it.

I’m having the exact same problem. So is it EA’s issue or PlayStation’s? Either way I’m just trying to give you my money for your game so please resolve this ASAP!

    Do you have the trial installed? If so, can you try deleting it?
