Game trial not allowing me to purchase full game(PS5)

So I got the 10-hour game trial through EA Play and once the trial was over I planned on buying the deluxe edition. However I’m getting this error code, and have contacted both ea support and PlaySta...

Can you both please send me the PSN IDs of the accounts that are trying to make the purchase? I'll pass these on with this report so we can look into it.

Hello I’m also having the issue with not being able to purchase the standard edition of NHL 25 after playing the trial.
