Game won’t launch for me NHL20

Product: NHL 20 Platform:Microsoft XBOX One How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure What happens when the bug occurs? Error message pops...

    It sounds like you have the trial version. Try deleting the game from your system and reinstall it from the disk.

We're not getting other reports of this with NHL. It's a pretty strange issue. Have you tried clearing your alternate MAC address? If not, here are the steps for it:

Go to your Xbox One Settings (Just press Start, then click Settings)
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Let me know if that helps or not.

Well, it'll be impossible to know for 30 days since I subscribed to EA access. But I will do this anyway as It is unique to any prior troubleshooting. I can't imagine I'm the only one affected by this.

    I'm not seeing any other reports on this. If it were happening to everyone, we'd be hearing about it more. If it's still happening after 30 days, let us know and we'll continue to work on this.
