What you can do is before you play any game is to go into the settings and set all the rules and player,CPU settings the way you want them then save them. When you save them label them with any name you want and when you start up your game next time just load the settings and you should be fine. If its not saving it is a easier way then doing the who prosess over and over. At least you can fix it the way you want with just one load of the setting the way you want
