First is a case of the mighty net bubble and the second is a weird vacuum effect. I haven't singled them out in my 10+GB of NHL videos but can confirm you're also able to get your skate stuck on the boards (like what always happened with the net last year), and there are times you can just skate in place like a cartoon character.
