Got banned

Hi, I got a lifetime suspension from Xbox Live on my main account and I was wondering if I there is a way to get my NHL 15 team back... I've been playing NHL since January and I have a pretty good team and since I don't want to restart everything I was wondering if there's a way for you to transfer my old players on my new account. I can't do it myself because they block me (I can't connect on my account if I'm connected to the Internet, and since I can't access HUT without Internet, I can't transfer my team...). My old info are ; GT : Byza Thyl - Team Name : Unbelievable. My new infos are GT : TheAmazingJay88 - Team Name :TheAmazingJay. If you need more info on my old account just to prove you it's mine send me a message. Hopefully you'll be able to do something.

    if u got a lifetime ban im sure u were up to no good. i hope u dont get ur team back

    It's not because of NHL I got banned, it's another story and seeing how you write you're probably not part of the staff of EA and so it doesn't concern you.

    Thanks for answering, but I still don't know if you are able to transfer my players... I already talked with the Xbox Live service, but they take so long to answer, I stopped arguing and this is why I went to you, to know if youi can help me. Thanks.
