I'm really sorry for the frustration. The only way to get this resolved is to speak with an advisor. It's not something we can assist with through Answers HQ. I'm really sorry. Can you contact @EAHelp through Twitter? They should be able to handle this and I can follow up on it for you that way.

@EA_Aljo I already have. I had one person respond on there and tell me if I didn't get them over the weekend, they would grant them to my account on monday...that was on November 9th. Now I just keep getting different people responding and telling me to just wait because they'll show up by themselves.

    That was a few weeks ago. Can you try messaging @EAHelp on Twitter again and let me know when you do? I'll check with the team that handles those messages to make sure you get a response. Let me know when you do that so I can follow up on it.
