TO SOLVE LAG ISSUE
step 1: delete nhl 14 game utility in the psn game menu
step 2: start nhl 14
step3: the game will redownload the 1.01 version update
itll work no morel lag in club or otp
With the downloaded version the game data is only like 11mb.. I deleteted it and when i restart the game it doesn't ask me to re install the patch.
I am going to delete the whole and then reinstall to see if that works. i Will see if that works......
Does this erase your card by any chance? for instance i'm legend 3 atm..
When i reinstalled game and reloaded my saved game data it dropped me down to a ss3 from leg2 because i only had a B + rating at time of reinstall.. Also if u install the game and try to load the patch the first time you re install your game it will feeze..and only until u delete nhl14 game utility data and let your game run through the first time offline and then apply the patch will it work......i have spent few hour on this BS..on 2 seperate ps3..one with Game downloaded from PSN and othe PS3 with game Disk.....same crap on both...total crap EA thanks allot .....you have only had how many years to perfect your game??? however it just keeps getting worse.......

I am experiencing the same frame rate delay / "lag" issue since Monday.
I'm on a wired 150 Mpbs connection , gm connected has no lag , online versus play no lag , drop-in/otp play no lag .
Play with my club? Lag! I'm the only one in the club experiencing this issue...
Deleted all game data (I know I'll have to play a few drop-in games to get my Legend card back and boosts but who cares as long as it fixes my issues right?)...Made the issue worse , after reapplying 1.01 update , now drop-in play is laggy as well...Thank you EA , I'm absolutely irate, if this isn't fixed shortly I'm done with EA all together ....
and I mean I've been a loyal customer since 1991 buying every NHL copy , every Fifa copy , every Madden copy from 1991-2014...No more I'm done EA , you've pushed me too far and it's insulting , after I pour my hard earned money to enjoy these games but instead I get more frustrated then at my actual work!
