Heavy lag in NHL 14 EASHL

Hi EA,

I've been experiencing the lag issues since Monday, the fix that was implemented has not helped me.

I have a hard wired connection, all my other devices have no issues at all.

I live in Calgary Alberta

Telus is my ISP

I play at different times and different days with no change in the amount or severity of the lag.

It's the PS3 platform.

yeah its pretty pathetic

just get rid of eashl all together if your going to take it off the main menu , obviously trying to hide it and hope people dont play it cause its pretty much shafted server wise

lagg is always an issue , even with an amazing connection you still get lagg

servers crash all the time

a really good mode gone to **bleep** due to incompetence by you guys

I am having similar problems. It was pretty bad before the supposed fix the other day, unplayable lag every third or fourth game. Since they "fixed" it, myself and a couple teamates can no longer play club. The lag is unbelievable. 

I am playing in Edmonton, Alberta on the ps3 with a wired connection through telus. We actually had the game tell us the other day that our suggested location was europe, which obviously makes no sense.

Really hoping ea can fix this soon, and also possibly acknowledge its not fixed??

THIS IS GARBAGE......PERIOD, wtf kind of customer support is this????? 17 pages of guys having the SAME EXACT ISSUE and not a frggin word from anyone. Yeah you put out a 'fix' (and i use the word lightly) did you? DID ANYONE TEST IT???? guess not huh just keep on forking over the 60 bucks a pop for absolute garbage customer support, it truly is too bad that EA doesnt have any competition in this area to keep them in check becasue this is the biggest farce i ve ever seen. your 'fix' didnt do crap, (if you even 'fixed' anything at all, which i highly doubt) Give me a break EA, this is the ANSWER HQ????? then how bout an ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!

No change today, Alberta Telus. Reset the router and tried again.  The lag actually got worse somehow.  Has anyone actually talked with anyone at ea? If you do tell them they owe me $60.  Time for a different company and hobby game for me, this is unbelievable...

I’m from Alberta, and have a great internet connection through Telus, and like everyone else the lag is consistently unplayable (in OTP). For the past 5 or 6 days my recommended server is always Europe, and 2 orange bars always show for my connection quality. I’m getting pretty tired of restarting every piece of hardware I own, over and over hoping to finally see a result. My other online games seem to work fine. Fix it EA!
