EA should be embarrassed! Even with hundreds of posts from users with this same issue, I still received a message from EA Help that suggests the problem is on my end. This is unacceptable!

Firstly I am sorry that you have been experiencing this issue. I have read through the case notes and I can see that you have opened the Ports, Ran a UO trance and carry out troubleshooting steps on your console and you are still having this issue.
I am unable to see anything on your account that would cause this type of issue. However there is one other step i would like you to try.
On your play-station can you set up a second account and try and access NHL 13 and 14 to see if you are getting the same issue.
The reason i am asking you to do is to try and determine where the problem is coming from. If it happens on both account then there is a possibility that it could either be the internet connection or the console itself. If you don't get the same issue on the second account this would lead me to believe that this could be some in the back round of the account that could cause this.
Once you have carried this can you let us know and we will be able to further investigate.
