Hockey ultimate team game setup

Product: NHL 19
Platform:Microsoft XBOX One
How often does the bug occur? Often (50% - 99%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When starting a game in HUT
What happens when the bug occurs? Screen that comes up as intro to game comparing OVR offense/defense of my team to that of my opponent does not fully load and there is no way to progress, often I need to open the tutorial button to get a back option to show
What do you expect to see? As above I expect to see an intro screen to game comparing OVR offense/defense of my team to that of my opponent that leads into launching the game
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM)
What is your time zone? CST - GMT - 6:00
What is your gamertag/PSN ID?

    This has been consistently happening to me for weeks now. Resetting doesn't always work. Resetting the game doesn't always work. Yesterday, if i signed out of my profile and resigned in, it fixed it. Not today. Just getting overly annoyed. Been sitting at this screen for 15 minutes now

    Hey @olam8ton & @Grimace922,

    Here is a temporary solution for this issue:

    1. Go to any online HUT mode.

    2. Advance to the Game Setup screen where you search for an opponent.

    3. Go back to an offline HUT mode, wait 3 seconds, and enter.

    4. This should fix the problem.

    Happened To me.  Today.  9pm.  Im in Montréal Qc.

    @NHL_Live_Support I cant move to search for an opponent in any online mode, because it stucks just before (when i should see my team logo appearing on local or visiters side). I usually quit at that point by pressing "B" and it takes like 2 minutes before i can actually quit and reach the previous screen.
