And how is it you know the "hackers" name?Is it because you weren't REALLY hacked? Were you really DUMB enough to GIVE someone your account info and expect ANYTHING OTHER than to get ripped off?  If you were DUMB enough to give away your account info you pretty much got what you deserved., and EA isn't going to do anything about you WILLINGLY giving away your account info.

HOPEFULLY you at least learned a lesson and won't be so quick to believe someone you don't know and trust them with your personal info......if not. I'll put 5k in your bank account all you have to do is give me your name account # and SSN  =D
