How do I ask EA my stupid question?

I've been googling this for a few minutes now, and i can't seem to find where to ask questions of EA, is this the place? Is so this is the stupidest platform i think i've seen for Questions.

Anyways, when i move the left analog stick of my xbox one controller or tap the d-pad, normally the in game curser jumps from one tile to the next adjacent tile in the direction i pushed, simple right? occasionally the curser would "speed up" as in i tap the d-pad to move one tle and end up jumping 5 or 6.  It's gotten to be more of a probl;em lately cauising me to turn off the game just because i cant sim forwards a day, and when i just tried to play it was on the faster curser from the start and would not go back to tile-by-tile scanning.

If anyone out there knows what the hell i'm talking abt and has any offer of help please do, I love this series, but im very close to smashing the game disk and waiting for 17
