How do i edit my Pro in NHL live the life after season has started ?

How do i edit my Pro in NHL live the life after season has started ? This area is greyed out and i cannot change it. My fighter option is on Never and i would like to switch this to often, please help as i cannot fight and i am well into my season.

The ones that are greyed out can't be changed. The only option is to make a new guy.
