How do I turn off On-Ice Trainer so I don't have to do it every single game?

In Be A GM mode I have to turn off all of the On Ice Trainer functions before every single game. How can I turn this off?

    On the main screen you go to customize and then settings. Those are the global settings. The settings you change here are for every game. So you dont have to change them every game.
