The icing problem has occurred for many years. Say for example the puck is iced down the left side of the rink, and my player comes down the right side of the ice, and easily beats the CPU player coming down the left side of the ice, I'm still called for icing . This needs to be fixed.
I'm aware of that issue with icing. It's not always perfect with pucks around the boards. I'll pass on the feedback. As far as the puck stealing goes, without video, I have to assume what's happening is incidental contact. The best thing to do in that case keep the puck out of reach by stick handling, deking or passing. Try not to let opposing players get too close to you.

As one commentator sad the CPU has been easily stealing the puck along with the icing issue since NHL12. This should be correctable after all this time.

Without seeing any video of this, we can't tell if there are any issues. If you skate to close to opposing players, they can knock the puck loose and potentially pick it up. To avoid this from happening, stick handle to keep the puck out of reach or pass it. If you're constantly skating into players, chances are good you're going to lose the puck.

All the CPU has to do is just get relatively close to me, and bang it takes it off my stick. I don't know how to send you a video, but just try playing a game in NHL22 to see for your self. Please try the same thing for icing. Very frustrating for sure.
