How to contact upper management of EA support
Over the past few months I've had a few issues with my gaming experience on HUT in NHL 15 and have tried to get my issues resolved by support staff. I now have 3 open cases (some 2 months old) and they have never been resolved. Every time I'm told that a specialist will be looking into my issue or my matter will have to be brought up to upper management and they will contact me. None of my open cases have I been contacted from. I have asked for an e-mail to upper management and the support staff tells me that they don't have that kind of information to provide to me.How in todays day and age does a multi billion dollar company not have e-mail contacts to their superiors? Especially when almost everything in todays world has to be done in some kind of internet connection. I have been buying EA products since NHL 94 EVERY YEAR. This year alone I have put in hundreds of my own money just into the HUT mode. My current issue involves many many missing players and items and from the sound of things there will be no resolution to my problem and that there is nothing that they can do. All i want is fair resolution and to be treated fairly as a consumer of EA. I have been jerked around almost overtime there is a problem and all I want is my voice to be heard by someone in upper management, and someone who cares and wishes to keep me as a happy customer. I'm not sure if there is someone who knows how I can get an e-mail contact of if they scan these forums. If there is someone in upper management who watches these forums, please I'm begging you to e-mail me just so I can fully express my concerns as a dissatisfied and disappointed customer of the way I have been treated.
