How to do custom celebrations

How do you do the speciality celebrations on XBOX. I know A is to dive and the basic ones. I cannot figure out how to do the custom ones like the guitar slide and stuff.

    For Xbox I believe it's the Y button; you will need to unlock and assign them first, however.
