How to export CHEL stats in NHL22

Hi,

I'm desperately trying to find a way to gather stats more easily for CHEL's 6s league. Our website is ready and adaptable to any sort of import file format, but I can't seem to find how to export the stats. 

Please help, My league is growing and the number of stats to enter has become very tedious!
