How to make a Lead NHL 14 account????????

I can't play Live The Life, because I can't (have no idea how) make a Lead NHL 14 account. Can anyone tell me how to do it? I've been trying and I can't find the way to do it? Also, if I go to Profi...

    Go into customize then click on manage profile you can access that feature there.
