HUT 2 acCoUnTs WhY caN we NoT haVe 2 acTiVe AcCoUnTs?

    AHQ a public forum ,since it would involve accessing your account to verify which we cannot do in AHQ .In order to solve your problem you will need to speak with at game advisor at EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us

    For any issues regarding accounts, please follow these steps to contact a game advisor for more help:

    1. Click the link https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/ask and log in with your Origin name and password.

    2. Where it says: ’What Can We Help you With’, type in ‘GAME NAME’

    3. Click Find Solutions

    4. Select "Your problem,eg accounts" from the drop-down list and also select your platform from the list.

    5. Click: Find Solutions

    6. Scroll down a little and on the lower right hand side, Click "I Still need Help"

    The Window Will Open...
    You’ll now see the currently available contact options. These may vary depending on your geographical location and the time of day. Phone or Live Chat are the best options.

    For customers in North America:

    • Select "Call me."
    • Enter your phone number.
    • Select "Submit."

    For Customers outside of North America:

    • Go to the "choose a contact method" section
    • Contact us using the telephone number provided within the listed opening hours

    Please be aware that it is likely that the agent you speak to will need to confirm information on this account.

  • That does not answer the question.

    Simply - why can you not have 2 active accounts on a single machine.  When 2 people share a machine it appears that you can not have 2 HUT profiles as only 1 can complete collections to earn puck bonuses.

    Is it possible to answer this question?  Can you have more than 1 active online account on a machine and have them operated complete normally without any restrictions?

    I have already contacted the EA Customer support:  https://help.ea.com/contact-us on other issues and to be completely honest by the time they responded (over 2months) I had moved on so far I actually forgot what the issue was - oh wait is that the actual customer support plan?

    From what I've seen others say....if you have more than 1 account the additional accounts must play around 20 games (maybe more maybe less again this is 2nd hand info) before team puck rewards will become active...This is done to try and at least slow down 'puck farmers'

    I was told BY EA Customer Support a couple months ago that, and I quote "You can create as many accounts as you want". I would assume he meant other user accounts on your PS3 and play under those I guess.

    That goes for any game these days. In the 70's, 80's and 90's their was no online so they made games more accessable to 2 players but someone in the marketing system knew they would make more moeny if they could make gamers less social. Making them pay for online passes each!! That is what irratates me most. I can't buy one game most days now for me and my nephew to share we have to have seperate ones or pay more for another pass. WTF you guys in the game industry suk balls.
