How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I pre-ordered NHL 21 deluxe and 2 things. 1. I am suppose to have 3 days early access but there is still a trial timer for HUT? 2. every time I try to open a HUT pack the game freezes on a dark screen with sparks flying around.
What happens when the bug occurs? 1. Countdown timer for HUT play but when I ordered it just said 3 day early access no limit to play 2. All card packs don't show anything even the packs have no image then when clicked the game freezes on a dark screen with sparks flying around.
What do you expect to see? Cars and select what to do with them. I am afraid to open packs as I can't see what's in them and some are select a card each round packs. I have images of the issues.
