Community ManagerWhat exactly is the issue you're facing? You've said you can't get into the game. That sounds different than what many are experiencing with opening the starter pack and not being able to progress.
HUT I can't start a team it just gives me an error code all the other online options work just not HUT. I've reinstalled the game and delete all data off ps4 about 5 times now and it's still the same error code. Which is in attachment below
I would really like if someone from EA would explain why I can't start a HUT team and just keep getting an error code that I'll leave at the bottom. Did not pay 100$ for 3 days early access not to be able to play the only game mode I really care about for God knows how long. I have deleted and reinstalled the game multiple times and waited until 100% updated and all and still have gotten no where. 21 hours no answers, no real help nothing at all except reinstall after reinstall. Been a supporter of NHL by EA since I was a kid in the 90's and got to say I am about ready to give up on the franchise.
I feel the same, and this shows how it's nothing but in it for the money only. They don't care. Can't even find a call center no more.
Community ManagerI don't see how an error that doesn't let you play means we're only interested in money. That's pretty much the exact opposite. Regardless, we absolutely care about you guys being able to play and working on a resolution. For now, this is what I would suggest:
Delete anything NHL 21 related off your console.
Go to your consoles online store through a web browser and initiate the download.
Make sure the game and the update are both 100% installed. Do not enter the game while they are still installing.
Power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.
Try playing again and let me know if it's working or not.
We are still working on a resolution, but I am also hearing from some others that it started working today.
