Community ManagerWe're still working on a resolution for this. For now, the only potential resolution is still to delete and reinstall without loading into the game until it's fully installed. Including the update. You can also try downloading through a web browser at your console's online store to push the download to your system. Once it's installed, check for the update and make sure it completes. Then, try playing again. It might also be worth it to do a full power cycle after the install is complete. It's a bit of a trial and error process as some are able to delete/reinstall and have the game work fine while others are still facing this issue. We need to find out why it works for some and not others. So far, the only thing we're aware of is loading into the game before it's done installing that is causing this.
We're trying to get a proper fix out as soon as possible. I'm very sorry for all the frustration.
