HUT Progression objective not working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? HUT exhibition games and stats not counting towards objectives/milestones
What happens when the bug occurs? For example, i had an objective to play 3 games, get 15 hits, score x goals. I played one in Exhibition and the game and the game and the hits and goals did not register with the objective. I then played a HUT challenge and the results did register with the results. Exhibition games should count too.
What do you expect to see? HUT Exhibition games vs CPU count towards objectives

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Win a division in online Seasons.
What happens when the bug occurs? I had an objective of "Advance to Div 8 or higher in online seasons", and when I won division 5, there was no checkmark on the challenge. So now its stuck and I can't get through to the next progression awards...
What do you expect to see? The achievement to be fullfilled.

It seems to work for me when I won division 4, then I got both the rewards and got through on the progression one...

So I just worked my way to division 1 in online seasons. And when you do that you are suposed to get milestone rewards for competing the objective, but my division milestones seems to be stuck.. so there is 26k coins "that I haven't recived", and a Tim Horton 90 legend card "that i havent recived".
