Community ManagerYour rank can drop a lot if others are playing. However, if you haven't hit the 50 game cap for Rivals, you should be able to keep earning points.

around 6000 games a year I don’t think that either plus I play a lot in rivals

If you play 6000 games a year, most likely you've hit your 50 Rivals games for the week. When they reset, you'll start getting points again.
